NFA/Class 3 Firearm or Device Transfer

This service facilitates the transfer of a National Firearms Act (NFA) firearm, or device to you, and includes consultation on the steps necessary to complete the transaction.

We will help you fill out the sometimes confusing form 4, and other NFA paperwork correctly, and professionally. We will then generate a form with typed information instead of hard to read hand written ink. This is very important as this form will become the tax stamped “Form 4” that you will need to keep with your firearm, or device.

Upon receipt of the approved form 4 in the mail, we will contact you immediately, and then transfer the firearm or device to you. This transfer does not require a $25.00 background check.

If you have the ability to make your own Short Barrel Rifle (SBR), or Silencer / Suppresor and would like to fill out a form 1, you may still select this service and we will show you how to fill out the form 1 correctly, and then create the same nice and easy to read form with computer generated text instead of hard to read hand written ink. Form 1s are mailed in by you, and when you get the approval back, you can then manufacture your item. Neither the form 4473, nor a background check will be required if we help you with your form 1.

NOTE: Class 3 / NFA transfers include Transferable Machine Guns, Short Barrel Rifles (SBR), Short Barrel Shotguns (SBS), Any Other Weapons (AOW), and Silencer/Suppressors.
