Battle Born Arms Return Policy

When purchasing items from Battle Born Arms, your satisfaction in our products is guaranteed. We know it sometimes becomes necessary to exchange or return items that you have purchased from us, and we would like to make this process as easy as possible.

You may return any unused or unaltered item for a refund, or exchange, whichever you prefer.
"Unaltered" means that no restoration, painting, major cleaning, fitting to a firearm, or any type of modification to the product has occured.
The return must be postmarked within 5 business days from the reciept of the initial order.
We only refund money in the way it was purchased.
The buyer must pay for shipping both ways, unless the product error was the fault of Battle Born Arms.
A credit or exchange cannot be issued until Battle Born Arms reviews the returned item, and due to the nature of our business, this review process can sometimes be a long and involved process, so please be patient, we promise to do our best to make the return as fast as possible.

If you desire to have it faster, we are able to bill you for a new item and mail it out with free shipping, the next business day (assuming item is in stock) and then we will refund the amount of the original purchase after it has passed our review process. Please call us if this may interest you.

If you would like to return an item by mail, please include a note explaining why you are returning your item, and how you would like us to proceed. It will always be faster if you call us first, but if you would like to handle this by mail, please ship to

Restocking Fees
While we try very hard to avoid any restocking fees, in some rare cases, for large, complex, or special orders, Battle Born Arms reserves the right to apply a 20% restocking fee.
